For such an absolutely basic recipe (butter, egg, and cream), it is perfection in a custard cup. The only modification I made was to use a four ounce cup instead and even that was a bit too large.

I’m finally getting back into the queue of things, starting with breakfast.
A Baked Avocado with Egg is a solid morning meal choice, but when baking avocados I prefer the sophisticated flavor combination of sauteed endive and shallots stuffed in a creamy baked avocado half, all served over tart grapefruit.
